Manage IT staffing, temporary staffing, and surge staffing requirements
Ensure labor category compliance with RFPs and contracts
Support staffing plans, resumes, and labor matrices in proposals
Manage onboarding, background checks, and clearance processes
Qualifications
5+ years government IT staffing experience
Experience with cleared and non-cleared staffing
Strong workforce planning and compliance knowledge
